Zack is a nice guy. He was always positive and highly knowledgeable. He is very polite and clear with communication. I appreciated his honesty. He was great, especially, to bust his tail and make time for us to see homes first. There were two homes in a row that we were the first to see... because he was so responsive! He was great about making time when we needed him. The only hiccup was there were a few things that fell through the cracks. Questions we wanted to ask the owner, things like that. But in the grand scheme, these things are more minor. I appreciated that I knew he was straight-forward with us. He educated us sooooo much... as we are first time home-buyers. He was always good to educate us. We appreciated his help very much.
