Touring this house, for me, brings to mind the old punk-rock anthem, "If the Kids are United" by Sham 69 because the kids were obviously fully united and encouraged to enjoy the space to fullest. This is evident in the climbing wall, swing hooks suspended in the ceiling, and finger painted graffiti marking some of the walls. Kudos to the sellers for providing such a carefree environment and encouraging the creative and adventurous spirit of their little ones, but if that's not your thing, don't get caught up in the superficial appearance. This is a well maintained beloved family home, which will clean up faster than your old patchouli drenched college buddy who drove a BMW in Birkenstocks. Featuring a newer roof (2020), hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light.
